The general terms and conditions of sale or other contractual terms that already apply to your existing license will also apply to the use of the Automatic Scheduling feature. The contractual principles you are familiar with will not be changed.
In addition, the following specific conditions apply:
You can test the Automatic Scheduling feature for free until June 30, 2024.
From July 1, 2024, a supplement of 9.70% will be charged for using the Automatic Scheduling feature on the current total price of your Beeple contract (including licenses/user seats, support, and add-ons).
Your trial subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription on July 1, 2024. If you do not wish this, you must cancel the use of the Automatic Scheduling feature by email to ai@beeple.eu no later than June 30, 2024.
If you continue to use the Automatic Scheduling after June 30, 2024, this subscription will be entered into for the remaining duration of your current licensing period (typically per year). You will receive an invoice in July 2024 for the pro rata use of the Automatic Scheduling for the remaining duration of your current licensing period (or any interim contractually agreed billing period if shorter than the licensing period).
Afterwards, the subscription for the Automatic Scheduling feature will be automatically renewed together with your existing license. You can terminate your subscription for the Automatic Scheduling feature at the same times and under the same conditions as your existing license.
