Consult the evaluation tags.

Click on the plus sign at the right of 'Plus' or 'Minus'.

Enter a name for your evaluation tag.

Select the type of tag: Plus or Minus.

Enter a description of your evaluation tag.

Select whether or not it is used by the admin.

Select whether or not you want to use it as filter.

Click on 'Create evaluation tag'.
