This functionality enables you to add predefined or freely chosen pluses and minuses to each collaborator. Those plus and minus points appear on the profile of the collaborator and are only visible to the admins. The predefined pluses and minuses can be created underneath the gearwheel.
Examples of possible evaluation tags are:
Friendly;
Accurate;
Careless;
Lazy.
It is also possible to add evaluation tags per enrolment. In that case, the tags are registered after the collaborator has executed his shift.
Pay attention: evaluation tags are always divided into two groups, namely 'Pluses' and 'Minuses'.
