Pay attention: 'Evaluation questionnaires' only work when evaluation questions are activated and when the admin evaluates collaborators per enrolment!

This functionality enables you to compose questionnaires for different work locations and/or teams by adding evaluation questions of your choice. Per questionnaire, you can indicate whether it is used by admins, customers and/or collaborators.
