When the module 'Social media' is activated, you are able to contact your collaborators through Facebook Messenger. It then appears as one of the communication channels for all messages in Beeple. In order to use this module, you need to link your company page on Facebook to Beeple (your CS manager can offer support in this). Your collaborators will also be able to login to Beeple using their Facebook login.
