When the module 'Availabilities' is activated, collaborators will be able to transmit their available days/hours (depending on the chosen settings) for a certain period on their self-service portal. Once they have transmitted their availabilities, admins can filter on them while creating their schedule. It is also possible to predefine some reasons for unavailability, from which your collaborators can choose when transmitting an unavailable day/period.
