Find enrolments on all levels

This guide applies to subprojects, teams, and candidacies. To view candidacies at various levels, select "Candidacies" instead of "Enrolments." To see all subprojects across all projects, choose the "Subprojects" field at the project level.

For all projects:

  1. Click on Planning
  2. Select Enrolments

For a single project

  1. Click on Planning
  2. Select a specific project
  3. Click on Enrolments

This way of working also applies to subprojects:

  1. Navigate to "Planning."
  2. Select a specific project.
  3. Choose the desired subproject.
  4. Click on "Enrolments."


To view all enrolments on a team:

  1. Navigate to "Planning."
  2. Select a specific project.
  3. Choose the desired subproject.
  4. Select the relevant team
  5. Scroll down to the "Enrolments" section
