When the module 'Registration of costs' is activated, collaborators can enter costs per hour, per day, per kilometers, per piece in euros or in percentage. These registered costs are based on predefined allowed costs per team or additional costs incurred during the execution of the job. 

Similar to the registration of worked hours, you can force your collaborators to upload a piece of evidence. The registered costs of the collaborators always need to be approved by an admin.
