• Consult the departments.
  • Click on the plus sign at the right.
  • Enter a name for your department.
  • Enter a description of your department.
  • Enter a default sender & sender for campaigns if necessary.
  • Click on 'Create department'.

OR

  • Create a project.
  • Click on the plus sign next to 'Department'.
  • Enter a name for your department.
  • Enter a description of your department.
  • Enter a default sender & sender for campaigns if necessary.
  • Click on 'Create department'.
