How to sign up as a volunteer, worker, student, or flexi-jobber:
Beeple is a staff management tool and not an employment agency. Many employment agencies are Beeple clients, so we recommend contacting one of them directly to find opportunities.

Can I create a planning for a personal project?:
No, Beeple is designed for professional use by companies and organizations, not for private projects.

No Login/Confirmation Email After Beeple Registration?
It's possible your employer needs to approve your application. Please reach out to them; they can either accept your application or validate your email address.

Haven't Received a Password Reset Email?
First, check your spam or junk folders, as the email might be there. If you've tried multiple times without success, please contact your employer. They will be able to send you a new password reset link.

If your company utilizes a custom-branded application, please contact your employer directly for information on where to access it.

What to enter in the 'URL' field in the app?
The URL required is your employer's planning website address. For instance, you might use https://crew.festivalx.be or https://planning.companyx.com Remember to include "https://"!

When using the mobile app, "https://" is typically pre-filled. In that case, you only need to enter the domain, such as planning.companyx.com or crew.festivalx.be.

Can I request help from Beeple if I have an issue or question?
Unfortunately we don’t offer direct support to collaborators. Please contact your relevant employee, they can create a ticket with us if needed.
