Export:

Additional planning fields can be incorporated in any kind of export, just make sure you add the correct code for your additional planning field.

  • Open a new or existing Excel file on your computer.

  • Add one or more columns for the additional planning field values you want to see.

  • Enter the name of the additional planning field as column title.

  • Enter the correct code for the additional planning field in the field underneath the title (see example below).

  • Composition of the code: level of the field (project/subproject/team)_ your self-chosen code ( next to 'Name in dictionaries' in the settings of the concerned additional planning field).

  • Create or update an Excel export template.

  • Make an export with the uploaded export template.

  • Your export appears at the top of the page with an overview of all the exports.

  • Refresh the page until you see the number of rows next to your export.

  • Click on the description to download your export file.

    Example: {{TEAM_DEPARTURE_TIME}}
    {{1ST_2nd_2nd}}
    1st part defines on what level the additional planning field is added.
    2nd part is the code you added in the additional planning field setting for the relevant additional planning field.

Additional planning fields can not only be exported, but imported aswell.
