The feature ‘Profile properties at enrolment’ already exists for a while. We now have updated this feature by adding the possibility for admins to manage these profile properties. When an admin enrols a collaborator, he can enter the matching profile properties at enrolment. When the collaborator enrolled himself, the admin can modify the collaborator’s value as well. Pay attention: the functioning differs from the one of profile properties. There cannot be a distinction between the value of the collaborator and the value of the admin. The system only displays the value last entered. To be able to use this function, the admin needs to have the right to modify ‘Enrolment Profiles’.

Although this new feature is not yet available at the moment, we wanted to give you a little preview. In the near future, all admins will be able to compose their personal filter overviews! How? By hiding the filters that are not relevant to them. Each filter can be hidden (and evoked again) by clicking on the eye next to it. The profile properties (at enrolment) have also received the option to choose whether or not to use it as a filter, just like the additional planning fields.

Last release, we already announced the new & improved admin dashboard. We duly received your feedback about the new dashboard and have worked hard to improve its design and layout. Every notification now contains an image: either the profile picture of the collaborator involved or the logo of the project mentioned. The most important words of each notification are also marked in bold.
