When a collaborator does not see a specific vacancy on the jobs page, here's a checklist to examine before ringing the alarm bell:
Is her/his application already accepted? If not, the vacancy is not visible.
Is her/his email addres already confirmed? If not, the vacancy is not visible.
Has he/she completed all the mandatory data in his/her profile? If not, the vacancy is not visible.
Does he/she meet the required profile?
Does he/she have the minimum age?
Does he/she have the right contract type?
Is he/she already enrolled on the team?
Does he/she have an enrolment on the same moment?
Does he/she already have a candidacy for that vacancy?
Does he/she have a cancelled enrolment for that vacancy?
Does he/she have a rejected candidacy for that vacancy?
In case of a permanent collaborator: has he/she entered his/her social statute? If not, the vacancy is not visible.
In case of activated geolocation: is his/her address recognized by Google? If not, the geolocation can not be determined and the vacancy is not visible.
In case of activated geolocation: does he/she live close enough to the work station (i.e. the distance is smaller than the maximum home to work distance)?
In case of activated departments: does he/she belong to the right department?
In case of activated customers: does he/she have customer experience?
