Log in on the collaborators app.

Click on 'My costs' in the main menu.

Click on all the remaining costs (one by one) you still have to admit.

Enter the amount and the units.

Upload a piece of evidence if necessary.

Enter a remark if necessary.

Click on 'Transmit'.
