Why can't a collaborator see certain vacancies on the jobs page?
If a collaborator cannot see a specific vacancy on the jobs page, consider the following checklist before raising an alert:
Application & Profile Status:
- Is their application already accepted? If not, the vacancy will not be visible.
- Is their email address confirmed? If not, the vacancy will not be visible.
- Have they completed all mandatory data in their profile? If not, the vacancy will not be visible.
- Have they entered their social statute (for permanent collaborators)? If not, the vacancy will not be visible.
Candidate Suitability:
- Do they meet the required profile?
- Do they meet the minimum age requirement?
- Do they have the correct contract type?
Enrollment & Candidacy History:
- Are they already enrolled in the team?
- Do they have an active enrollment at the same time?
- Do they already have a candidacy for that vacancy?
- Do they have a cancelled enrollment for that vacancy?
- Do they have a rejected candidacy for that vacancy?
Geolocation & Department (if activated):
- Is their address recognized by Google (if geolocation is activated)? If not, geolocation cannot be determined, and the vacancy will not be visible.
- Do they live close enough to the workstation (i.e., the distance is smaller than the maximum home-to-work distance, if geolocation is activated)?
- Do they belong to the correct department (if departments are activated)?
Customer Experience (if activated):
- Do they have customer experience (if customers are activated)?
