Invitations

When the 'Invitations' module is active, you can invite collaborators to a team. This is done by selecting them from a list of 'Suggestions,' which are suitable collaborators. These suggestions may be based on factors such as their availability, requested profile, and evaluation.

Invitations can be sent via email, SMS, or Beeple chat. You can customize the invitation messages in the settings.
  1. Go to the gearwheel icon.
  2. Select "Settings."
  3. Under "Modules," locate "Invitations"
  4. Ensure "Invitations" is active.

You can configure several settings here:

  • Validity duration of invitations: Determine how long invitations remain valid.
  • Accept invitation = enrolment: Choose "Yes" if accepting an invitation leads to immediate enrolment, or "No" if it results in a candidacy.
  • Suggestions settings: Customize these settings to align with your specific workflow.
