Law enforcement agencies and other public authorities may request access to information we hold, including both personal and non-personal data. In such cases, we adhere to strict internal policies and procedures to assess each request and consult with legal counsel where appropriate. We disclose information only when required by and in accordance with law and solely on the basis of valid court orders or equivalent legal documentation.

To protect against unauthorized access, we implement appropriate technical measures, including encryption and access controls. Our Security Program maintains high standards of security and confidentiality and furthermore provides for internal security awareness trainings. In addition, we impose contractual obligations on our subcontractors to ensure they implement organizational and security measures comparable to our own.
