Beeple X Yesplan

This integration provides the following functionalities:

• You can indicate the need for a collaborator by booking a specific resource on a Yesplan event, which automatically sends a request to Beeple.
• You can schedule collaborators in Beeple to perform the task.
• Relevant details of the booked person (e.g., name or telephone number) can be sent back to Yesplan and displayed on the event. Beeple is an online tool used for managing and scheduling temporary or flexible staff. 

A short explanation about terminology

Beeple and Yesplan utilise distinct concepts. The following list outlines several Beeple terms and their corresponding representation within Yesplan:

• Function: In Beeple, this refers to a task a collaborator can perform (e.g., "bar," "reception," "cloakroom"). In Yesplan, this corresponds to a "Service" type resource booked on an event.
• Planning details: These are the details of the booked collaborator in Beeple. These details are sent to Yesplan and displayed in a custom data field on the event.
• Missing planning: This represents the number of functions in Beeple that still need to be assigned for a particular event. This number is sent to Yesplan and shown in a custom data field on the event.
