Collaborators board

During the last release, we already announced a new planning view: the planning board. This release, that feature gets a little sister with the collaborators board. This new planning view starts from the collaborators’ point of view and offers a quick overview of what they are doing during the selected period. That way, you can see per collaborator when he/she is enrolled, has candidacies and is (un)available at a single glance. The collaborators board is accessible through the collaborators page, the overview of all projects and the overviews of one project or subproject. This board also has all kinds of settings at the top to modify its layout. Do you want to return to the planning board? You can easily switch via the button with the group of dummies at the top.

Mobile app

We also worked hard on the mobile app the last 6 weeks. The planning overview that we introduced last release is now available in the app as well. In addition to this, we expanded the admin view with the search for collaborators on the basis of the name or filters, the check-in of collaborators by means of a QR scan and the scan of individual QR codes per collaborator (after which you arrive on the detail page of that collaborator). Furthermore, we added the following features to the mobile app: extensive filtering on jobs, withdrawing candidacies and adding a comment when reporting the hours.

The past six weeks, we also solved several bugs and implemented many improvements.
